Cook Children’s Health Care System (CCH), a non-profit, nationally recognized pediatric health care organization wanted to raise awareness about their cause and spread the message - to improve the health of every child, through the prevention and treatment of illness, disease, and injury. To do so, they partnered with social media influencers to promote their Middle East mission campaign.
CCH launched a series of mommy blogger events in the G.C.C. with influencers, who were able to showcase the emotional appeal, and spread awareness about the organization. The main goal of this event was to create a bridge between the hospital and moms of the region who want optimum care and medical treatment for their children.
The objective was to reach young mothers between 25-40 years old, ideally, with kids between 0-14 years old, that’s why most influencers were moms.
Influencers included links to the posts and encouraged their followers to click on them to find out more information about Cook Children’s Health Care System. They also asked people to share their content to further promote the cause.
With the help of 43 pieces of influencer-generated content, CCH managed to reach more than 330,000 social media users. Their video content received 30,000 views. The influencers generated a combined engagement of 21,000 likes, shares, and comments. The influencer marketing campaign became a steppingstone for CCH to boost its social media reach.
