Case Study: Middle Eastern Influencers On A Group Fam Tour To Discover Malta, The Mediterranean’s Secret Gem
Home to prehistoric temples, three stunning islands, five-star luxury accommodation, and warm, friendly people, Malta should make an appearance on every traveler's bucket list. Wherever you go, the scenery and architecture provide a spectacular backdrop and the perfect profile picture for your social media platforms. Malta has so much to offer, in just a kilometer or two, you can try a new sport, laze on an island cruise, and tour the most important historic sites, and still have time to join in the nightlife.
Covering every aspect of the islands made it a challenge for us to shortlist only one influencer that could cover all those picturesque sites and show it to the Middle Eastern residents, reason for what alongside with Malta Tourism Authorities we have decided to put together a group of 8 Influencers from the Middle East region so that we can have a bigger impact on the market.
Malta Tourism Authorities prepared a stunning itinerary of 5 days where our guests had the opportunity to experience archaeological sites, beaches & bays, fortifications & towers, natural attractions, activities, and culinary experiments.
After that, our team in Dubai met with the influencers and briefed them about the destination and the itinerary. All parts involved agreed on the coverage (1 static post and 5 stories x day). Malta is very instagramable and our Influencers had delivered 3 times more coverage than agreed, they just could not stop taking pictures of the beautiful island of Malta, Gozo, and Comino.
In total, more than 60 IG posts were created, as well as numerous Stories, Reels, Guides, Highlights Stories, Facebook posts, Snapchat Stories and, Youtube videos.
